We guarantee you will be satisfied with your service. If for any reason you are not happy with the results, please let us know promptly and we will correct it to your satisfaction.

Children

Due to the limited space and in order to preserve the serenity of our salon, children are welcome by appointment only and only for the duration of the child’s services. Please make your child’s appointment at a separate time than yours so that you can give the proper supervision within the salon. Due to the design of the salon, infants in strollers or carriers have nowhere to be parked other than traffic areas.

Teamwork

Our business success is built around teamwork and a unique salon approach of professionals who are dedicated to providing you with the ultimate experience. We invite you to try any of our experienced team members. If you feel better served by another team member, or just like a fresh viewpoint, please let us know and we can suggest the best person for you. We encourage you to get to know all our team members so you can book appointments around your time schedule rather than ours. That’s what our business success is built upon, and we hope you will take advantage of our unique concept.

Cancellation

To ensure appointments when you need them and for others, please allow for a 24-hour notice for any changes or cancellations. To avoid a charge, if you are unable to keep your individual appointments, a 24-hour notice will be necessary. If full notice is not provided this includes late arrivals (15 minutes or more), we may charge a $25 fee for each service reserved and obtain the right to charge for the entire amount of services reserved. As a courtesy, we attempt to make a confirmation call 48 hours in advance of your individual appointment. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation.
