CHILDREN POLICY: Due to limited space and in order to preserve the serenity of our salon, please come unescorted by children for your own appointment. Please make your child's appointment on a different day so that you can give the proper supervision within the salon. Due to the design of the salon, infants in strollers or carriers have nowhere to be parked other than in traffic areas.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We schedule appointments according to our technicians' availability and specialty. Please allow 24 hours (1 business day ) notice for any changes or cancellations. If you are running late, please let us know & we will do our best to accommodate you.
NO-SHOW POLICY: After a no-show, a 50% deposit will be required before scheduling your next appointment. We send "reminder" emails and texts 48 hours before your appointment that allow you to confirm your appointment.
ONLINE BOOKING POLICY: Appointments made online require a card to be put on file. If you cancel within 24 hours notice or no-show, your card will be charged for 50% of the service(s) scheduled.
