1. Background
Jessica grew up in a family of hairstylists, and spent school breaks in the salon helping out with shampooing and laundry which led to her becoming a Cosmetologist in 2013.

- Barbicide and Covid Barbicide certification
3. Accomplishments:
From 2019 to 2021 she owned and operated her own salon in Southwest Florida before moving to Orlando.
4. Most memorable moment:
Winning a trip to NYC for the Arrojo Expo, she got hands-on training with some of the best stylists in the beauty industry
5. What makes you unique to others in the industry?
“I love to form genuine connections with clients and not just make them look beautiful but also feel beautiful. It’s very important that my clients feel amazing leaving the salon”
6. In your opinion, what makes The Mitchell Wade Salon unique?
There’s a family feel, everyone helps each other. In addition, there are so many talented stylists to learn from. “I love that education is offered and getting to know everyone’s clients, not just the ones I service.”

To become an educator and travel!
